Tanvi Jain's Home Page
I am a Computational Associate at Dr. Ramnik Xavier's Lab and the Klarman Cell Observatory at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, where I work on multi-modal single-cell and spatial transcriptomics for disease gene target discovery. My research focuses on applications in atopic dermatitis, inflammatory bowel disease, and cancer.
I graduated Cum Laude from UC San Diego with a B.S. in Biology (Bioinformatics specialization). Prior to my current position, I worked as a Lab Technician at the Salk Institute of Biological Sciences under Dr. Joseph Ecker, where I developed computational pipelines for large-scale genomic data analysis.
